During the months of April and May, Laura & Melanie Lyne were mentioned in several print publications and online platforms. Elle Québec, Bel Âge, and Le Journal de Montréal, to name a few, showcased a selection of curated looks from both brands.
Bel Âge, a magazine that reaches roughly 915,000 readers, featured a piece by stylist and blogger Lyne Sainte-Marie, where she hand-picked two styles to put the emphasis on stylish prints: a polka-dot blouse from Laura, and floral print pants from Melanie Lyne.
A timeless grey Melanie Lyne trench coat designed by Novelti made the cut among 12 other spring favourites in Le Journal de Montréal and Le Journal de Québec, in an article written by famous stylist, Jean Airoldi. The style is uniquely designed with long slits at the sides—an essential layer that had previously been on Véro magazine’s radar.
In a Mother’s Day gift guide, Elle Québec online recommended a complete outfit from Melanie Lyne as a great option to treat mom. But, this company’s stint in the spotlight didn’t stop there.
Mitsou, a well-known presenter in Quebec, wore a bright yellow Melanie Lyne pantsuit to a gala hosted by the Association of Quebec Women in Finance on April 19. A behind-the-scenes photo of her sporting the monochrome pairing was later published on her Instagram account.

Lastly, in Alberta, fashion influencer and repeat customer Ania Basak was, once again, spotted proudly wearing Laura Canada from head to toe—dress, clutch, earrings and bracelet—at a Mercedes Benz launch event.
It’s fair to say that this Canadian fashion retailer was the recipient of an unexpected amount of media coverage, just in time for the new season!
