September is, without a doubt, one of the trickiest months of the year to dress up. However, throughout the entire month, Laura and Melanie Lyne were in the spotlight for the transitional season. From print magazines and blogs to local events, our fall favourites were highlighted.
Magazine Véro
September always feels like a time for new beginnings! On September 7 and 9, Québécois style expert, Claude Laframboise, shared his fashion expertise by featuring Laura and Melanie Lyne pieces in Magazine Véro. The face behind the lifestyle magazine is French-Canadian actress and presenter, Véronique Cloutier. As for Laframboise, he has garnered a lot of success in the fashion world.
On September 7, Laframboise took to Magazine Véro to present his choices for fall essentials. In his article, he displayed one of Melanie Lyne’s stunning pieces that made his top 30 list. With a keen eye for fashion, Laframboise featured an on-trend Melanie Lyne animal print dress, not only in his article, but as one of the feature images.
On September 9, the fashion connoisseur recognized Laura for one of its many unique qualities. He published an article on fall fashion, remembering to include women of all shapes and sizes. He solely focused on the most reputable online boutiques to find trendy clothing for plus size women. Laframboise selected one of Laura’s divisions, Laura Plus, as an excellent choice. In his article, he featured an alluring look from our fall campaign that was made up of these three items: a belted tunic blouse, slim leg pants designed by Joseph Ribkoff and a flapover handbag.

Anna Przezak, who is a fashion, beauty and lifestyle blogger, is a prominent social media figure in the fashion world – specifically in Montreal and Toronto. Przezak, who is socially conscious, does not run your typical fashion blog. As a woman, she believes in vouching for all lifestyles! Because Mitsou is a huge fan of tunics, the fashion stylist team informed readers how to effortlessly choose the right tunic. TV Hebdo
Gracing the pages of TV Hebdo was a real honour! The television magazine has been around since 1960, and the content creator for TVA Publications, Carolyne Marengo, featured an item by Laura on September 28.
With the fall season, one should opt for knits, jumpers and wooly textures, but stay on trend, too. That being said, Marengo, wrote up an article on how to play with animal prints for autumn. She featured a photo of a Laura model posing in our stylish mixed animal print sweater, and we love her choice!
