In February 2019, the John Molson School of Business will be holding its annual case competition welcoming the world’s most deserving undergraduate business students.
The event encourages students to become leaders in a globally interdependent, culturally diverse, and rapidly changing economic environment. The main goal is to foster strategic thinking, innovative problem solving, and sound decision-making. This intensive week-long competition challenges twenty-four teams from internationally renowned business schools to put their creativity and analytical skills to the test.
This year, Laura and Melanie Lyne have sponsored the upcoming case competition by offering a sizeable donation and by outfitting the ladies on the JMUCC committee. They will be providing up-to-date fashions for the competition itself and several events leading up to it.
“Personally, fashion has always been an important part of my life. I’ve always been inspired by the classics—Coco Chanel-inspired style—even before I started studying business,” said Julia Wheeler, student on the organizing committee of the John Molson School of Business Case Competition. “Dressing professionally gives me the extra confidence boost to accomplish and succeed in whatever it is that needs to be accomplished that day.”
